Six months into an MBA...
What do we learn in mba other than the usual subjects etc? I believe it helps one to identify his own strengths and weakness (the great SWOT Analysis). When I joined IIM Shillong I thought that I had some strengths and weakness, little did I know that all my perception about myself was wrong! I am beginning to realize it as the progress through the course. If in two years I could identify my strengths and weakness, I would consider myself successful. All victories must be celebrated and all failures must be punished with appropriate learning from them. I do agree that failure teaches more than success, but failure to learn from the failures is the not going to help, which is what I am experiencing now. But hopefully I have realized and learnt from the failure now... only time will judge me
